MARIANELA CARDENAS DDS MS P.A., doing business as Flossome Orthodontics ("we," "us," or "our"), offers a text messaging (SMS) program to keep patients informed about their care. Messages are sent from 786-822-8054. When you opt in, you may receive: appointment reminders and confirmations; scheduling and rescheduling updates; follow-up and customer-care messages related to your treatment; responses to questions you send us; and occasional marketing and promotional messages (only if you have separately opted in to receive them).

2. How You Opt In

You will only receive text messages from Flossome Orthodontics if you have given us your express consent — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on the appointment request form on this website, by providing written or verbal consent at one of our offices, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and interactions with our office.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website form or contact our office.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
